The Hatcher Reunions

2008

2008 Hatcher Family Reunion
Johnston Co, NC
September 27, 2008

You are invited to join us on Saturday September 27, 2008 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at United Faith Christian Church Fellowship Hall for an old fashioned family reunion. We are having a catered lunch at 12:00 Noon that includes North Carolina Bar-B-Que pork, Fried and Bar-B-Que chicken, slaw, potato salad, hush puppies, iced tea, banana pudding and peach cobbler. The cost is $10.00 per person. Please RSVP even if you cannot attend so we can confirm that our mailing list is correct and up to date; if attending, mail your checks made to Charles R. Price at the address shown below not later than September 15, 2008. Anyone wishing to bring a special dessert may do so.

Many of you will remember that last year’s Hatcher Family presentation was quite long and detailed. Maybe that was overkill. As indicated below, this year’s reunion is dedicated in memory of Hardy Hatcher, whose story will be the focus of a short presentation and discussion this year.

We again encourage you to bring any information and documents (bibles, wills, deeds, birth, marriage or death certificates and photos) that can be photocopied and used to expand the Hatcher family records. A small home office copier will be available to make copies. Also, don’t forget to bring your cameras to take family photographs. Fifty of your cousins and kinfolks have been invited.

United Faith Christian Church is located about 8.5 miles north of Selma on NC Hwy 39 before it intersects with NC Hwy 42. See Google Map on the reverse. The address is United Faith Christian Church, 6254 NC Hwy 39, Selma, NC 27576.

The 2008 Hatcher Family Reunion
